| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own a 2000 chevy tahoe. it will not allow me to shift out of 4wd. i have researched similar complaints on the internet and have found many. there seems to be a correlation between the cold weather and the proper operation of that function. in a cold weather state such as michigan, this could be a problem all winter long. as a recurring condition it can be expensive to repair. just to diagnose the problem is at least $100 at most dealerships. *cb |
