| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own a 2003 hummer h2. this is the second winter with this car and this problem has occurred everytime i drive in snow. i cleaned the entire windshield including snow and ice under the wipers, i warm up the car properly, i turn the defrost on (last night it was set at 80 degrees)/ within a few miles the wipers are ineffective because a layer of ice and snow has accumulated between the windshield and the wiper blades. visibility---zero. *la |
