Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Vehicle stalled while driving. consumer stated that the fuel pump was corroded, and replaced it. *ak the engine had shaken harshly when it stalled. the vehicle was difficult to steer the over to the shoulder. the consumer found a positive wire on the fuel transfer lift pump had corroded and broken off causing the engine to stall. the wires for the transfer lift pump had no protective cover and were exposed to the elements. chrysler redesigned the fuel pump. *sc |
