| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: A family with infants in our nicu have 2 fisher price "stay in view" infant car seats manufactured in 2000. one has many areas where the plastic has turned white, like it has been stressed. the other seat has a few small areas that look like the beginning of similar problems. as a car seat safety technician, i am concerned over the safety of these seats in a crash. the model numbers are: 79053 (manufacture date 11/22/00) - this is the seat with the more evident stress marks 79050 (man. date 8/10/00) the mother states that neither seat has been in a crash or been dropped/damaged in any way. |
