Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: - december 2003, brakes became 'soft' when applied - experienced problem intermittently. - january 30, 2004 - brakes failed while traveling at a speed of 25 mph - january 30, 2004, took vehicle to an indepedent service station - service personnel stated that they ... "experienced intermittent brake failure, that the abs was engaging, and that caused the pathfiner to loose brakes ... that the brakes went all the way to the floor... allowing no control over the brakes." - february 2, 2004, pathfinder towed to nissan dealer for diagnosis - nissan dealer kept vehicle until february 9, 2004. - nissan dealer stated that my nissan pathfinder was driven by various service personnel, and thatthe brakes seemed normal. - nissan dealer stated ...
