"experienced intermittent brake failure, that the abs was engaging, and that caused the pathfiner to loose brakes ... that the brakes went all the way to the floor... allowing no control over the brakes." - february 2, 2004, pathfinder towed to nissan dealer for diagnosis - nissan dealer kept vehicle until february 9, 2004. - nissan dealer stated that my nissan pathfinder was driven by various service personnel, and thatthe brakes seemed normal. - nissan dealer stated ... "not sure if brakes will fail again." - nissan consumer representative advised that i pick the vehicle up from the nissan dealership and drive it...
