| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The tabs on the handle that you depress to slide the handle up or down in the infant car seat has a spring inside it. when i depress the tab, the spring action no longer works and the handle no longer locks in place leaving the handle vulnerable to movement without the owner knowing it. i happened to notice that the spring action didn't seem right so i inspected it further. |
