| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: At 500 miles the new driver floorboard had a vibration and grinding noise when the wheel was turned while driving. the dealer kept my car for 2 days and changed out the differentals and packed it with a "fix" from ford. driving home from the dealer my car still experienced the same vibrations and grinding. the dealer advised me to drive it 1,000 miles and then return it if it still had turning and grinding. i returned my car to the dealer and have not received a satisfactory fix. i'm worried about a major malfunction happening. |
