| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: A vibration could be felt in the front end steering components and through the steering wheel when applying the brakes. first reported 05/29/03 @ 7,900 miles. rotors were turned, brake pads sanded (covered under warranty), tires balanced & rotated ( i paid for these repairs). second complaint on 08/14/03 @ 11,747 miles. no work was done. third report of the same problem reported on 02/04/04 @ 19,480 miles. informed rotors were warped. rotors were turned, brake pads replaced, tires were balanced & rotated. all of this work was not covered under warranty and i was charged for these repairs.*ak |
