| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased my 1995 eagle vision from northtowne in amherst, ny, in 2001. eight months after i purchased it, the transmission went, i had another installed. i later learned that eagles were known for transmission failure-my transmission went again on 2/13/04 costing me $810, i would like to file a claim against the company as i feel the whole system is defective and fear i will be putting in another transmission within the next year as i have been doing. *jb |
