Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: After getting our 30000 miles maintenance completed which included (but not limited to) an oil change and replacement of the transmission fluid, we started noticing a hesitation in the car when the accelerator was depressed. when the transmission fluid was replaced, it took longer than expected thus i assumed that there may have been a problem with the transmission. we took it back to the service center to have them assess the situation and they found that two of the engine mounts were broken. the car only has 34k miles on it. it seems premature that something like this would happen, therefore, i feel it necessary to bring this to your attention to address the safety of this part (the engine mounts).*ak |
