| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Replacement of firestone tires initiated by recall of 2/26/04. having replaced these tires in 2001 at 21,622 miles because of safety concerns, i am now ineligible for reimbursement because of having done so. rather, it seems, i should have waited until the tires had malfunctioned and then, if i had survived, filed for reimbursement. such perverse logic by firestone should be overturned and i call on the nhtsa to have firestone reverse its position. *ak |
