Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer received a recall for transmission failure. he took motorcycle to dealer, and was told they did not have the parts. consumer stated that when he rode the motorcycle it made a popping noise. he was afraid to ride it, and motorcycle was towed dealer for repair. dealer told him that they could not stop the popping noise, but to ride the motorcycle for a while and the popping noise may stop. consumer felt that since he received a recall notice dealer should repair motorcycle or find out when the parts will come in. *ak |
