| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Yamaha warrior motorcycle recall for transmission part. yamaha has refused to ship parts to repair this manufacturing defect. they have advised to not ride motorcycle but i still continue to make payments for the bike and insurance. they have no estimated delivery for the replacement parts. if it sits in the shop for 45 days does it fall under the new york state lemon law? i would rather just get it fixed but yamaha will not assist with that endeavor.*ak |
