Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have an evenflo right fit car seat (model #245119 / mfg on 10/30/2001) and the shoulder belt adjuster assembly is cracking. we have not been in an accident - there has been no abnormal use of the seat or out of the ordinary tugging/pulling on the belt. the only reason i noticed the problem was to pack the seat for checking luggage at the airport last week. i have ordered a replacement part and i am using another booster seat until the part arrives. what i am concerned about is other customers having the same problem and being unaware of it - it seems to me to be a safety issue. just thought you might like to look into this. thank you, angie roberts 1238 cimarron cir. ne palm bay, fl 32905 (321) 409-1356. *jb |
