Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I took my chevy 2000 tahoe ltd, for its first calif. smog test and was told "everything was fine except the gas tank cap." "the cap failed the pressure test and escaping fumes could cause an explosion." i had the cap replaced and was further told, "this test failure is happening to all 2000 model year tahoes, surburbans & sliverados" this technicians has tested. is this possible hazard and correcting it the responsibility of chevrolet/gm??? *jb
