Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I am the original owner of a 2001 jeep grand cherokee. at 24k miles, the brakes vibrated so bad that i had to apply significant force to the steering wheel to maintain safe braking. my jeep dealer told me i had to have the entire brake system redone-and i did- $600+ bill. now 10k miles later, the brakes are again pulsing. the dealer now says the rotors need to be resurface-same ones they replaced 10k miles ago and that this isn't covered under warranty. what is going on? why no recall? does someone need to get hurt in an accident?*ak
