| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I just found out about the recall for my bike. i bought it in morgantown, wv mid-september. i'm really upset that i was sold a bike with a "known" problem. i am currently looking into several options with regard to "deceptive trades practices act", and will be talking to my lawyer very soon. i'm also very upset in how they are handling the entire situation. i have a bike that i'm still paying on, with insurance, but can't ride it...and no-one knows when anything will happen.*ak |
