Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a 2001 venture with an airbag light that occasionally comes on. dealer says that it is a faulty sensor in the seat belt. dealer and gm customer service both claim no responsibility for a defective srs on a vehicle with less than 48,000 miles. i contend that the safety restraint system should last the life of the vehicle if it is not damaged due to wear or abuse. i contend that gm is liable if my srs fails. |
