| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While on vacation in florida, our 2002 toyota sequoia just froze up. it would not move. luckily, no one was hurt, however, when the tow truck finally came, the only was to get it up on the flatbed was to drive it on backwards. it turns out all the bolts were loose on the calipers. the only people that had worked on my car was the toyota dealer after a complaint i had at 15,000 miles. i have since had my toyota dealer look at it, and they serviced it again after receiving service bulletins on the subject. get those brakes looked at every time you service your vehicle.*ak |
