| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I received a recall letter from yamaha corporation since january 9,2004 regarding transmission failures. it is march 19th and still have not been able to take my motorcycle into a dealership and all dealerships i have contacted do not know when they will have the parts to fix the transmission. also the dealership that i bought my motorcycle from is going to fix their motorcycles before they fix customers motorcycles, i have not been able to use my motorcycle for work and is causing some hardship for me and my family, i hope there is something that can be done to help expedite this issue. thank you.*ak |
