Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I have had the brakes fixed on my 2000 jeep grand cherokee 3 times. the steering wheel shakes and vibrates uncontrollably when the brakes are applied at any speed. it is hard to control the car, especially on the interstate. i have a real concern for my safety and my passengers safety. i went to get them fixed for the fourth time, with only 20,000 miles on the car, and i was told i had to pay for it, since my warranty had just expired 3 months prior. this problem really should be recalled. and chrysler is not very nice about any situation like this. they don't care how inconvenienced you are. they never offer you a car, while yours is suppose to be "being fixed." i only wish it was fixed. no more jeeps for me. it's a lemon!! *jb
