| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The angle indicator on the side of the baby trend latch-lock infant seat is misleading. when you look at the indicator directions it shows correct with and orange dot next to correct, when you look at the seat after installed the indicator showing orange as implied by the directions provided by the manufacturer, the seat is far from the proper recline angle for an infant. as an experience / certified child passenger safety professional i made this mistake what will the consumer do? *jb |
