| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer stated that while driving in inclement weather, the back end of the vehicle locked up. this almost resulted in a collision. the consumer took vehicle to the dealer and they kept it for approximately 10 days. the dealer told consumer that they put a retainer plate on the vehicle. when this problem happened the second time, the dealer told consumer that they could not reproduce the problem and that this was a seasonal problem which would not happened all the time. *ak *jb |
