Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Vehicle heated, (still under warranty) so i took the car to the dealer nissan world of springfield, nj. my car has been sitting there since 3/19/04 and still my vehicle has not been repaired. they keep telling me that the part is on back order and that there was nothing they could do about this. i have no transportation. they also rented me a car for 5 days and they extended for an additional 5 days. after those 10 days were up i had to return the vehicle with me not having any transportation to get around. my car is still sitting there. no one has informed me of an update on the parts as to when they will be shipped. i have no transportation and its beginning to really bother. please help me resolve this issue. *la |
