Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Distributor failed at only 22,000 miles due to design flaw allowing it to be exposed to moisture which caused the bearings to seize. manufacturer redesigned faulty part immediately in following model year to include vacuum seals which prevent this problem but did not recall and refuse to reimburse excessive cost ($1,600) to repair known defect with lt1 engine on 1994 models. *la
