Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Paid for new air ride system and when it failed. the service dept. at eufaula ford refused to fix it. the car is a 1993 lincoln mark viii that we traded for and had all the mechanical work done at the same dealer. after several thousand dollars of repair bills they expect me to keep paying every time i have to take it back for the same thing. i only want what i paid for. the air ride system completely collapsed and the car was undrivable. it had to be loaded on a flat bed truck and hauled to them. they then said they slammed the door a few times and it aired back up. they let it sit on their lot for 5 days and called me to say nothing was wrong because they couldn't get it to do it again! now i am stuck with a car that could collapse at any time any i can't afford to get it fixed. please help. *la |
