| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The car only starts intermittently. if i try to start it and it simply turns over without starting, i pull the key out, reinsert it, and try again. this one retry often works. however, if it does not, and i repeat this procedure enough times, the car will eventually start. this same thing happened during the first year i owned the car and it was repaired by the dealer under warranty. i was told my "smart key" lost its intellengence. i was a few days out of warranty when i brought it back to the dealer for the same thing, and was told that the problem could not be recreated, therefore it could not be diagnosed or repaired. i asked them to check my history, and was told that because it could not be recreated, my history didn't matter - that it could be something else entirely.*ak |
