Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: 2000 buick park avenue. the engine started racing so bad that you have to apply the brakes to keep the auto under 60mph. the dealer said water got into the computer and shorted the pcm. it was replacedat a cost of 640.00. 30 days later it occured again. the dealer opened the computer area and water was again there. they said the pcm was bad and the wiring harness needs replacement with a new designed harness that won't let water in.this cost is 1700.00 this is obviously a design flaw that gm won't cover. the saftey issue is a major concern. please advise. *ak
