Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: My child was restrained in evenflo discovery car restraint seat properly and did not exceed weight or height measurements. we had a roll over accident and rolled approximately 3.5 times. during this rollover his body was thrown out of the seat and his head was left in with the chest plate holding him in. when we came to a stop the car was flipped upside down and he was left hanging. when i got to the back seat where he was located he was blue and not able to even move air to cry. i promptly got him out with the help of my 13 year old son. he was okay a few seconds later. these types of car seats are not safe in my opinion in a roll over type accident and should be recalled. he would have hung had we been incapicitated and unable to reach him. i will never use this type of car restraint again.
