| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Fuel rail/injection system leak. reference nhtsa 98v184000 and chrysler recall number 790. 3 incidents of fuel system leak due to defective fuel rail system leak. nhtsa 98v184000/chrysler recall 790 is for supposedly fixing right (passenger) side injection rail but fails to acknowledge and address fixing left (driver) side fuel injection rail which has same problem. note: root cause of fuel leak is that the fuel injection rail is made of a plastic which eventually shrinks or cracks. |
