| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tranmission/torque converter has a shudder when shifting at about 50 mph, i have done some research regarding this and have found 19 tsb's regarding the transmission/torque converter from jan. 1995 to july of 2003. this is on my 1995 mercury grand marquis. i have contacted ford/mercury and have been told the cost of diagnosis and repair is my responsibility. it would seem to me with so many tsb's on this problem there is a mfg. defect involved, and should be fixed by the mfg.*ak |
