| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The consumer stated that the vinyl of the dashboard was separating from the dashboard and this would result in poor visibility. *ak the vent bowed and had come out and caused the vinyl to pull away from the dash. the consumer was told that the problem was due to a manufacturers defect by two separate ford dealers. the lip pn the vent was not even 1/4 wide to hold the vinyl. the consumer found that seven other consumers had experienced the same problem two of which were recalled. the consumers vehicle was not covered under the recall. *sc *jb |
