Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Transmission started making a whining noise and at times would shift hard and sudden. took to trans. shop, was told pontiac had put out a bulletin stating a problem with the trans. and what was wrong if a certain code came up.it turns out they have been having trouble with the pressure sensors on the trans.,and need to be replaced.this ended up costing 500.00. i called the pontiac dealer and was told it was something they were having trouble with but there was no recall.*ak
