| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I am a cpst checking car seats at local safety council & found an evenflo portabout infant seat & base (purchased at local retailer 3 months ago), without any information on seat as to manufacture date or model number. both base & infant seat were without info. dark blue base was latch equiped. cover on seat was grey/blue plaid upper half with a giraffe at about the level of the baby's head. lower part of seat cover was dark blue. seat had 3 point harness. please investigate as possibly others were shipped without this information. also would be interested in finding out how this type of issue is typically handled. it seems the mfg should have delt directly with the customer...not instructed the customer to return the seat to the retailer.*ak |
