| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My "2002" infiniti automobile model q45 was rear ended by another auto while traveling through an interstate construction zone. my car was moving at the time and i was driving. the force of the collision broke either my seat back or its electric operating assembly to the extent that the seat back collapsed rearward and as a result i was barely able to reach the brake pedal in order to bring the car under control and stop. this could have made what turned out to be major accident a catastrophic one simply because of an inferior designed seat.*ak |
