| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On my 1997 plymouth mini van a crack has occured on the left front strut tower. this is the only place on the van that has rusted. i have had the van in for service serveral times for front end alignments and the last time for a safety inspection. it took my husband pointing thisout to the dealership before they noticed it. they imediately said it was a safety concern! but do not want to cover the repair. upon further investigation we found that my brothers 1998 minivan has the exact same defect. i cant believe that we are the only two? when i checked your site other are listed for cosmetic rust in this location and clunking sounds? *ak |
