| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Repeated diesel injection pump failures. twice within 40,000 miles. part is acknowledged by general motors as being defective but repairs were performed differently in second instance of repair. i was informed that fuel system flush and lift pump replacement were mandatory repairs to facilitate warranty repairs on diesel injection pump. the fuel system flush and lift pump replacement were not performed in first repair and conclusion is that this neglect created second pump failure. gm has refused to refund $1100.00 repair cost. *la |
