| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased my 1999 chrysler town and country minivan in july 2002. since purchasing this van i've had to get the brakes replaced every six months--or sooner. in december 2003--after the third brake change i was told the problem could be the caliper and hose. i had the caliper and hose replaced at that time. in february 2004 i was told the brakes were going bad because the van needed new rotors. i had them replaced at that time; and i also purchased new tires and a front end alignment. over a month ago the brakes started causing a vibration when pressed--even at speeds of 30 mph. so now, less than six months since the last time i had the brakes changed; they need to be changed again. there has to be something wrong here!! |
