| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Evenflo, model # 4791270p1, child seat stuck to the base, making it difficult to remove the child from the vehicle. on one occasion child sustained a hair line fracture because of this problem. consumer had to use excessive force to separate the seat from the base, which resulted in the seat swinging backwards when it popped free. manufacturer was contacted, and was going to replace the child safety seat. this was a common problem with evenflo child seats. *ak |
