Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: When attempt was made to proceed forward from stopped position, the van failed to move. after several attempts the van was taken home. upon inspecting, transmission oil had leaked out. transmission fluid was put back in to drive the van to a mechanic. the technician informed the owner that a pin inside the casing slips out during a percentage of miles. once this happens, the pinion teeth grinds. the van had a "banner kit" installed but the problem has recurred. the consumer has attached copies of invoice |
