| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a 1999 dodge grand caravan and it has recently had the air bag light illuminated constantly, in addition the cruise control and horn do not work. this is clearly the clockspring issue as identified by the nhtsa recent recall on the 1996-1998 gr caravans. i will be having to pay for this replacement at a cost of $250. i would like this investigated as it seems awfully coincidental to the 1996-1998 problem. *la |
