| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I received a recall letter from samsung for a model mr5491 microwave. this unit is permenantly installed in my travel trailer, yet samsung insists that a must remove the unit and take the unit in for service. i must take off work to do this, as the center is only open m-f if it is an installed unit, why does the recall not include service--after all it is not my problem that the unit is defective!! |
