Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Problems with windshield wipers as well as the plastic washer reservoir cracked and broke open. *mr there was an identical problem with the consumers 2003 honda civic hybrid and a 1990 honda accord. the 1990 honda was serviced under warranty due to the dealer draining the reservoir which was a mistake. the plastic washer reservoir cracked and broke open. more recently with the 2003 honda, while the vehicle was in motion, the weather turned to snow and rain and caused the windshield to become visibly limited. the 2003 honda was less stable in the snow. the consumer checked the washer reservoir and found the top was pushed off by the frozen liquid. the next day, the consumer cleaned off the windshield and continued to have problems with smearing. the 2003 honda was currently at 19k miles and the 1990 honda was at 260k miles. the consumer requested reimbursement. *sc *jb |
