| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Problems with truck stalling resulting in loss of brakes and steering function. *mr the consumer was able to pull to the side of the road. the vehicle was taken to the dealer where they reprogrammed the pcm, tcm, ficm to the latest calibrations. several weeks later the vehicle stalled again. the vehicle was returned to the dealer. a diagnostic test was performed but the vehicle passed all the test and showed no error codes. the consumer no longer feels safe in the vehicle and request a new vehicle at no charge (ford f250). *nm |
