| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: After the microwave/oven recall 03e044000 repairs were performed the microwave became inoperative. the microwave was working fine before the recall was done. consumer contacted the dealership (al's refrigeration), who indicated that the circuit control board had cracked, and needed to be replaced. dealership indicated that they had to order the part. dealership failed to do so. consumer then contacted the manufacturer to discuss the issue, and had been going back and forth with the manufacturer. the parts were not installed (2003 jayco). *ak the problem was finally resolved on 5/27/04. *nm |
