| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer has problem with the steering wheel. the vehicle is unsafe to drive. dealer indicated there is not recall on this issue. *nm the steering wheel retracted towards the dashboard intermittently while driving or sitting still. the consumer could not manually retract the steering wheel. the wheel had to retract itself which usually occurred when the vehicle was turned off. the problem was diagnosed as a seat module but the dealer refused to correct the problem. *nm |
