| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I bought 4-tires at sear in kingsport tennessee in february 2004 and noticed that all 4-tires had bad places on the tires ,took the vehicle back they said it was the belts broke in them but it was okay to drive .i asked them to replace these tires because i eas going on vacation and it needed to be done now.then they say the tires are like that ,so i checked the tires on the wall there and there wasnt a tire there like mine with these places on them. alkl the way to the beach the van shook because they said these tires were ok,sears logo is satisfactioned guaranteed right. if one of my kids or family gets hurt because of these tires sears will be in a lawsuit over 4- tires that should be replaced instead of asking any questions.*ak |
