| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tread separation from firestone "steeltex radial a/t" tire at aprox 60 mph tire tread seperated without warning while driving on dry level ground there was no road hazard involved, tire never lost pressure and remained inflated until 2 days after event the tire was replaced at time of event with a spare tire, there was signifigant damage to the drivers bed section of my truck. an insurance claim was filed with my insurer and setteled with a repairthat totaled aprox $2258.00. *ak |
