| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Evenflo triumph car seat model 3591328 p1 man.date-sept 9, 2003. shoulder harness too wide for 25 inch 14 lb baby,straps will not stay on shoulders. representative at evenflo said they did have some seats that went out with belt holes too far apart on seat pad & would send me a new one. new pad--still same problem. 2nd rep i spoke to said she had same problem, seat did not fit her baby correctly til he was 9 mo old. i returned seat for safety reason. seat should be investigated. *ak |
