| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was pulled over by a police and given a ticket for no brakes lights. i knew that i had checked my brake lights periodically and they had worked. took it in to be check out and found that the multi-function switch was not operating correctly. my mechanic stated that in the last 6 months that he replaced several of these. i called gmc and spoke with a gentleman and told him that i just paid $394 for this part and he stated that it was recalled and to send my receipts and i could get reimbursed. now i got a denial letter stating that they are not going to give me my refund and i am very upset. $400 is a whole paycheck to me. *jb |
